Created my second facebook App: The Beer List.
This is a webapplication to keep track of which beers you've drunk, allowing you to rate them to get interesting statistics like 'How many of the best beers have I consumed', 'How many obscure, unknown beers have I consumed', ... and publish these on your facebook wall! Why did I make this? Because I can! And because I was asked to get BierKultuur in 4 types of media: internet, radio, tv and newspaper.
In this project I learned many things: More experience with jQuery, using the FB JS SDK, php OO style, prepared statements in PHP, login systems via an open authentication system, and it is also the first time that I use SQL to do a lot of the reasoning, when not explicitly asked for a course assignment. I wonder if my server can still pull it off, if the application gets popular.
Created my second chrome extension: RS Tools.
I created RS Tools to meet my own frustrations when playing runescape. It modifies the layout of the game page and adds behaviour to warn you when you're about to leave the page. This extension is also published, as was not the case with my first extension. I'm glad to see that after a month without making advertisement, there's already 104 users and about 20 installs per week. Thumbs up for google's webstore!
